Terms of Service

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use Testpaperz. If you are under 18, you may use the service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information (name, phone number, email address) and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, including via Google Sign-In or OTP-based phone login.

You agree not to:

• Upload, share, or request content that you do not have the legal right to distribute (including copyrighted question papers you are not authorised to share).
• Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access or extract data from the platform at scale.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place an undue burden on our servers or networks.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Use Testpaperz to transmit spam, malware, or any unlawful, abusive, or harassing content.

Papers, notes, solutions, and other material uploaded by contributors remain the property of their respective owners. By submitting content to Testpaperz, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, and distribute that content on the platform. We review submissions before publishing and reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law, including in response to a valid copyright or intellectual-property complaint.

Testpaperz may display advertisements served by third-party advertising networks, including Google AdSense, and may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party site or advertisement. Your interactions with advertisers or linked sites are solely between you and that third party.

Paid plans, where offered, renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing cycle. Refund requests are evaluated case-by-case and must be raised within 7 days of purchase by contacting us at info@testpaperz.com.

AI-generated feedback, answer evaluations, and "guess papers" are provided as study aids to help you learn and are not a guarantee of board-exam marks or exam questions. Testpaperz makes no warranty as to their accuracy and they should not be treated as a substitute for teacher assessment or official exam material.

We may suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or if required by law. You may close your account at any time from your account settings or by writing to us.

Testpaperz is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vidital Media LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or an in-app banner. Continued use of Testpaperz after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
